DIY - Kids t-shirt upgrade to girly top with bow

I didn't manage to do even one fourth of the stuff I wished to do during the weekend but I did manage this quick upgrade of a regular t-shirt to a cute and girly little top. It was really quick and all in all it took ca 1 hour including drawing the flowers on the band and ironing it to fix the ink.

I am not so good at explaining how I did it in words so I drew a quick illustration at the bottom, I hope it's clear enough.
